Bespoke Jewellery
At no extra charge, we offer you a bespoke service whereby we make you a piece of jewellery exactly as you wish. You may have seen a style on our site that you like but would prefer a different colour or you may have seen elements of a few styles that you would like put together. You may even have an idea of something you have seen elsewhere or something that is completely your own. Let us make that piece of jewellery for you. We will make the sample so that you can see what it will look like and we can work together on the design by phone or by e-mail. We will take pictures of the work and e-mail the photographs to you. You can then tell us what you would like changed or modified and we will carry out your instructions until we are both happy that it's right. You can send us samples of materials so that we can match colours and even send us a picture of the dress/outfit so that we can offer help with design.

Pearl Knotting
There is nothing more classic than a fine strand of pearls, knotted on a silk cord with a lovely clasp. It used to be only a few who could afford pearls, but with recent additions to the pearl market, ownership is a possibility for nearly every budget. And this year they are very in style. The reasons for knotting pearls are simple; safety and preservation. When any pearl is strung without knotting, they are not really secure. A strand can break for any number of reasons, and when that happens, it is difficult if not impossible to track down all of the scattered pearls. When a cord is knotted, the only thing lost will be one pearl or a clasp, at most. The rest will stay intact. Also, knotted pearls will not rub against each other, which can result in marring and chipping. This would devalue good pearls, not to mention making them look less desirable.

Unfortunately, any necklace or bracelet is at risk of breaking no matter where it is bought from so we offer you a restringing/repair service. Simply contact us to discuss your requirements and send your repair to us (by recorded delivery). We will endeavor to repair or restring your necklace or bracelet and we will return them to you. Prices will depend upon the service required.
