Your Privacy
Your privacy is guaranteed by us. We will never pass any of your details on to other companies or any third party. All credit card transactions are completed via an SSL (Secure), which means we never get to see your personal credit card details. We only ask for information we need, in order to ensure your purchases arrive at the correct address.
Ordering
Orders can be placed either via our website or if you would prefer to speak to us, you can order over the phone on 0161 485 6585. Please order early. We currently have a 3-4 week lead time from order to delivery. If you can't wait this long, please call or email us, and we will let you know if there is any way we can get your order out to you sooner.
Payment
We use Worldpay as it is a secure on-line payment method.
If you do not wish to use this method, please email your order to us. We will email you to confirm your order and you may send us a cheque. All cheques must be in UK £ Sterling. Please allow 4 working days for your cheque to clear. Cheques are made payable to 'Crystabelle Jewellery' and send to Crystabelle Jewellery, Po Box 120, Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire SK8 7WP.
Shipping And Handling
We ship to The UK using either 1st class postage or Royal Mail Special Delivery service (guaranteed next day, insured delivery and must be signed for). Shipping charges to the UK are £3.50 for 1st class delivery, £5.75 for Special delivery and £7.50 for overseas deliveries.
Delivery Schedule
Jewellery is made to order and will be sent within 3-4 weeks.
If you need your jewellery sooner, please ask, we will do our best to get it to you in time. In the unfortunate event that there is a delay, you will be notified immediately.

Returns Policy
What if I'm not happy with my jewellery?
We want you to be so delighted that you can't help telling all your friends! When you receive your jewellery if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return it to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please do this within 7 days of receipt stating whether you require an exchange or a refund.
Exchanges or credit notes are available for items returned after seven days.
When returning items to us please ensure items are suitably protected.
For health and hygiene reasons, no returns are available on pierced earrings.
Some of our jewellery contains Sterling silver which can tarnish over time but can easily be revived using costume jewellery cleaner which is available in many department stores.
Can you repair an item I bought from you a while ago?
In most cases repairs to items will be made free of charge for up to six months from date of purchase, after which time a charge may apply.
Faulty Goods
In the case of defective items or errors on our part, we will happily refund your delivery costs and costs incurred by yourselves in returning the goods to us or replace the item free of charge. Refunds will be made by the original payment method, as soon as the items are received. We recommend that you send the items by recorded mail, as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
