Orders can be placed via our website or if you would prefer to speak to us, you can order over the phone on 0161 485 6585. Please order early. We currently have a 2-3 week lead time from order to delivery. If you can't wait this long, please call or email us, and we will let you know if there is any way we can get your order out to you sooner.
We use Paypal as it is a secure on-line payment method.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Crystabelle reserves the right to decline an order placed if the card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not process the order.
Shipping & Handling
We ship to The UK using either 1st class postage or Royal Mail Special Delivery service (guaranteed next day delivery after dispatch, insured delivery and must be signed for). Shipping charges to the UK are £3.50 for 1st class delivery, £5.75 for Special delivery and £7.50 for overseas deliveries.
Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling and other currencies will be converted into pounds sterling by your credit or debit card provider at the then current rate of exchange at the date of submission of your order. Please note that your credit or debit card provider may charge you a premium or commission for this conversion.
Customs, Excises and Taxes
Please note that you are responsible for your country's customs declarations, duties, excises and taxes. If your country applies these taxes and/or excises, it is your responsibility to be aware of them in advance. Customs clearance can take from a few hours to a few days - please take this into account when placing an order.
Jewellery is made to order and will be sent within 1-3 weeks depending on the item/s selected. If you need your jewellery sooner, please ask, we will do our best to get it to you in time. In the unfortunate event that there is a delay, you will be notified immediately.

What if I'm not happy with my jewellery?
It is of supreme importance to us that you are completely delighted with your order from Crystabelle. If however, you are in any way dissatisfied, please return the goods to us in their *original packaging and condition with all labels intact, by way of recorded delivery within seven working days of receipt of your goods and before your wedding day. (Our tiaras and jewellery are not sent to you on loan!) With the exception of faulty items, return postage is at your own cost. Alternatively, we can offer an exchange on other items of the same value. After seven days, we can only offer you an exchange to the value of the purchased goods for a period of 30 days after receipt of goods. Please note that we will not refund your original delivery costs unless the item you have received is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item by mistake.
*Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the item being returned and the item has not been worn. The item being returned must not have come into contact with perfume or any other chemicals.
We are unable to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene Regulations.
Can you repair an item I bought from you a while ago?
In most cases repairs to items will be made free of charge for up to six months from date of purchase, after which time a charge may apply.
In the case of defective items or errors on our part, we will happily refund your delivery costs and costs incurred by yourselves in returning the goods to us or replace the item free of charge. Refunds will be made by the original payment method, as soon as the items are received. We recommend that you send the items by recorded mail, as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com
